The National Retail Federation show is the largest tradeshow of retailers in the United States, and in 2024 Salesforce wanted to make a splash. We were tired of other companies poking fun at us, and wanted to put our foot down and show the world that we are the best option for the software you need to run your entire retail empire. So we did a buy, a big buy. From the moment visitors got off the planes in JFK to their cab ride to their hotel to subways stations and more, we plastered nearly all available digital signage with our ads.

With such an expensive and important campaign, we brought together the best minds from across the entire creative department. I was chosen to represent the Industries team and was flown to Indianapolis for two days of helping lead concept development for the campaign. The resulting ads really knocked it out of the park.
